Fractal Sun is a Progressive Metal Band formed in 2016 by their current guitarists Johnny Víquez and Isabel Víquez. Their singer, Hellen Quirós, joined the band later on 2017, followed by the bass player Said Araya, who joined on July 2017, and the drummer Mauricio Barrantes on January 2018. Their concept is based on Orianna's story, an ambitious scientist who, given the difficulties the Earth is facing, decides to abandon it. To do so, she steals one of the most important technological advances: a spaceship called The Dark Project, which would have been the key to save humankind.
